Hotel Accommodations
(The Hakodate Onuma Prince Hotel)
The accommodation facility is at the conference venue, the Hakodate Onuma Prince Hotel.
There are no other accommodation facilities in the vicinity of the venue.
The number of available rooms is sufficient for all the participants.
Please be sure to fill in prescribed column on the registration form when you apply for the conference.

The rate is per person per night and includes service charge, tax and breakfast.
Payment
All registration fees and hotel accommodation fee must be paid in Japanese yen by credit card.
Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club, and American Express. Please provide all necessary information (account-holder's name, account number and expiry date) as requested on the Online-Registration Form. Personal checks and bank transfer will not be accepted.
Cancellation and Refunds
Registration Fee
Refunds will be made when written notice of cancellation is received by the Conference Secretariat by May 9, 2008. A cancellation charge of 30% of fees paid will be deducted to cover administrative costs prior to making the refund.
Refunds will not be made for cancellation requests received after May 10, 2008.
All refunds will be made after June 20, 2008.
Hotel Accommodation
Your payment for your stay will guarantee your reservation.
If we receive a cancellation by May 31, 2008, we will return your payment less the fee for one night and the service charge.
The partial refund will be issued after June 20. Please be aware that if you cancel after May 31, you will not be refunded any portion of your payment.
