Shin Chitose A/P(SPK)>> Minami-Chitose>> Hakodate(HKD)
*Time required: 4hrs.
There are both JAL and ANA flights from Narita, arriving at New Chitose (Shin-Chitose) Airport at around 13:00, as well as at around 20:00. However if you catch a flight that arrives in the evening you will have to stay overnight in Sapporo as you will not be able to get to Hakodate that day. We recommend that you choose a flight to Hakodate from Haneda Airport.
Getting to the hotel
1. Hakodate Airport (HKD) >> The venue hotel
There is a hotel shuttle bus (at ¥1, 000) that connects with incoming flights.
However we may hire a bus depending on the number of people arriving.
2. Hakodate Station (JR Train) >> Onuma
Please use the hotel bus.

Please arrange your arrival in Japan to fit with the flight schedule from Haneda to Hakodate.
Passengers on the last flight to Sapporo from Haneda (HND 18:50 -> Sapporo 20:40) or the last flight to Sapporo from Kansai International Airport (KIX 18:35 -> Sapporo 20:15) are requested to make their way to the venue by train and bus. An advance reservation is required for the bus.

Return to your own country
The program is scheduled to finish at 16:00 on June 12 (Thu.) so it may be difficult to get a flight back to your own country that day. In particular, many European departures are in the morning or around lunchtime so in most cases there will be no same-day connecting flight. You will need to stay overnight in Tokyo or Narita before your flight.
